Tuesday, January 31, 2006 METHODIST HEALTHCARE TRAINING CENTER RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE TOP TEN IN SOUTH TEXAS The Methodist Healthcare Training Center under the auspices of the American Heart Association/Emergency Cardiovascular Care Training Program has been recognized for outstanding training performance in the community. The Methodist Healthcare Training Center was among the top ten training centers in South Texas. The center was cited for conducting and teaching over 5,000 individuals in various CPR and Advanced Life Support (adult and pediatric) training courses in 2005. This is the third consecutive year that Methodist Healthcare has been recognized for outstanding leadership and service to the community through its emergency care training program. The Methodist Healthcare Training Center includes 22 training sites throughout Southwest Texas including Laredo, New Braunfels, Floresville, Halletsville and Kerrville.
